However, we understand that there may be instances where you may seek a refund or need to cancel an appointment. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for such requests.

Background:

Close-Knit Healing Therapies endeavours to address any concerns or dissatisfaction you may have with our services. This policy governs the process of refund and cancellation requests, ensuring transparency and fairness for both parties involved.

Parties:

The terms 'You' or 'Your' refer to You as a Registered User, while the terms 'Close-Knit Healing Therapies', 'We', 'Us', 'Company', and 'Our' refer to Close-Knit Healing Therapies. A Registered User is any person who has completed the registration process for our services by payment of the requisite fees.

Applicability:

You are entitled to invoke this Refund and Cancellation Policy only as long as You are a registered client. Refunds may be applicable in cases of accounting errors or defects in services validated by Close-Knit Healing Therapies.

Cut-Off Date:

All refund claims must be made within seven (07) days from the date of purchase of our listed session packages. Refunds will not be entertained beyond this period.

Refunds Process:

To request a refund, please email us at support@closeknithealing.com with your transaction ID and grievance. We aim to respond to refund requests within fifteen (15) working days. Refunds will be processed based on the unutilized sessions in your account, with deductions for used sessions and applicable charges.

Cancellation:

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any charge. However, rescheduling within 24 hours or failing to attend the appointment will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee. Users have the option to reschedule appointments twice before facing deductions. If a counsellor cancels the appointment, session credits will be provided without deductions.
